Cinnamon Apple Chips
- 7-8 Medium Sized Apples
- 1 tablespoon Sugar or Sweetener of Choice
- 6 Drops dōTERRA Cinnamon Essential Oil
Preheat the oven to 225 degrees F. Place sheets of parchment paper onto two baking sheets. Mix together the sugar and cinnamon into a small bowl. Use a mandolin or an apple slicer to slice apples into thin slices. Place the apples on a single layer onto the parchment paper lined baking sheets. Sprinkle the apples with dōTERRA Cinnamon essential oil sugar mixture. Place in the pre-heated oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour making sure to flip halfway through. When the edges of the apples are nice and dry and brown remove from oven.
If you have a dehydrator you can also use this recipe except place in your dehydrator instead of the oven, use the trays instead of the pans and set for 130-140 degrees for 6-8 hours.
